Mike earned a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, where he graduated with distinction. He also earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Miami University.
Head of Worldwide Sales & Customer Success
As Head of Worldwide Sales and Customer Success, Jay Ackerman leads ServiceSource's global customer success and outside sales organization. With a customer-centric philosophy, Jay’s team ensures that customers realize maximum value and success from ServiceSource solutions. He also leads our Service Executive Industry Board (SEIB).
Prior to ServiceSource, Jay held senior positions with several successful high-growth outsourcing companies, including CEO and President of WNS North America. Under his leadership, North American revenue for WNS grew from $6 million to $55 million in just 24 months. In addition, Jay was a senior leader at Exult, the market innovator for HR-led business process outsourcing services an organization that grew to $500 million in revenue in 5 years.
Jay is a board advisor for Marin Software and a CPA in the State of New York.
He earned a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the Stern School of Business at New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Connecticut College.
Executive Vice President of Sales
As Executive Vice President of Sales, Tom Bonos develops and executes the global sales strategy for the company. Tom joined ServiceSource in December of 2011 as the Senior Vice President of Global Solution Design and Sales Enablement, bringing with him 16 years of value-based sales leadership in the high tech and enterprise software industry.
Prior to joining ServiceSource, Tom was Vice President at Oracle leading Value Programs for the North America Applications business. During his 5 years at Oracle, his teams drove field sales adoption of the Application Value Selling methodology, Strategic Account Planning process and Enterprise License Agreements. Before Oracle, Tom worked at SAP America running northeast regional sales teams covering the manufacturing industries. During his tenure, his sales teams grew their segments’ business in the northeast at 20 percent per year for 5 years. Tom was also a Partner at the research-based consulting advisor firm Benchmarking Partners from March 1997 to February 2001, managing sales and client engagements in their solution provider practice for high tech companies that include Ariba, IBM, SAP, Broadvision and PTC.
Tom earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Geological Science from Lehigh University.
President, Cloud & Data Services Business
A 30-year technology industry veteran, Richard Campione joined the ServiceSource board in November 2012 and was later appointed President of Cloud and Data Services. He is widely regarded as one of the world's foremost authorities on cloud computing, specializing in helping companies use software to drive better business results.
Richard held senior executive positions at SAP, Siebel Systems, and C3. He has strong technical and business experience earned in senior executive positions managing SaaS engineering, operations, marketing and sales organizations for Fortune 500, mid-sized and start-up technology companies.
He currently sits on the board of directors for Biome Analytics and Winshuttle and has previously sat on the board for Crossgate and InspecTech.
Richard earned a Master of Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Chief Human Resources Officer
Kristi Erickson brings over 25 years of experience to her position as Executive Vice President and Chief HR Officer. She is responsible for all aspects of people and talent at ServiceSource including talent acquisition and organizational development, training and leadership development, change management and employee retention and engagement.
Prior to joining ServiceSource, Kristi was a partner at PeopleResults, a change and human capital consultancy where she served as an advisor, program architect and change facilitator for multiple clients. Previous to that, she was a partner at Accenture where she held multiple global HR leadership roles over the course of her 25 year career. She has in depth experience in both global consulting and service delivery, helping leaders and organizations create long term change. She has led numerous human capital consulting projects with clients across both geography and industry. Kristi is a frequent speaker at HR associations and conferences, and was ranked as one of the ‘Top 20 Shows of DriveThruHR’ in 2013.
Kristi is passionate about making a difference in the community and serves on the Board of Directors and Chairs the HR Committee at Dallas Afterschool, whose mission is to improve the quality of after school and summer programs.
Kristi earned a Masters of Business Administration from Oklahoma State University.
Vice President, General Counsel
As General Counsel of ServiceSource, Matthew Goldberg oversees all aspects of the company's worldwide legal operations. Matt previously served as ServiceSource’s Deputy General Counsel and helped the company through its IPO.
Prior to ServiceSource, Matt was Vice President of Operations and General Counsel of Multiven, Inc., a multivendor network services company. Earlier in his career, Matt practiced law at Gunderson Dettmer LLP and Gray, Cary Ware and Freidenrich (now DLA Piper LLP), in Menlo Park and Palo Alto, CA.
Matt published several articles related to international negotiation and is an executive committee member of the International Law Section of the California State Bar.
Matt earned his Juris Doctor from George Washington University Law School and a Master of Laws in Transnational Law from Temple University Japan. He also earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Chief Financial Officer
Ashley Fieglein Johnson brings more than 18 years of financial experience to her role as Chief Financial Officer for ServiceSource. She is responsible for all aspects of finance, investor relations, strategy, corporate development and IT.
Prior to ServiceSource, Ashley founded GreenAtom, a professional services firm focused on advising companies in the Clean Technology industry on financial strategy, business development and organizational structure. Ashley also spent several years with General Atlantic, a private equity firm servicing the technology industry, where she helped build and manage its presence on the West Coast. Before General Atlantic, Ashley led International Business Development for Ariba and worked in both venture investing and investment banking for the technology corporate finance division of Morgan Stanley.
Ashley earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and a Master in International Policy from Stanford University.
Executive Vice President of Global Operation Services and Innovation
As Executive Vice President of Global Operation Services and Innovation Keith Leimbach is responsible for the Managed Services operations across seven sales and operations centers around the world. These functions include thousands of resources delivering operations services, sales operations, training, communications and compensation solutions both internally and for our customers. Keith previously served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Americas, and joined ServiceSource in 2007 as the Vice President of Outside Sales.
Prior to joining ServiceSource, Keith served as an executive for BEA Software, which Oracle acquired in 2007. In that role, he managed a $350-million business with resources across North America, South America and India. Keith also held other executive and management positions at InsWeb and Accenture, and is a recognized industry veteran and speaker.
Keith earned a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University and completed multiple graduate studies at Berkeley’s Haas School of Business.
Executive Vice President & General Manager of Professional Services & Support
Natalie McCullough is responsible for delivering software professional services and support programs to ServiceSource customers. These programs range from implementing and supporting Renew OnDemand™, ServiceSource's leading-edge application focused entirely on maximizing customers' recurring revenue, to innovative education programs designed to help customers make the most out of ServiceSource investments and services.
Natalie joined the company in 2006 and held key executive positions in strategy, sales operations, sales leadership, business development and marketing. She was also a driving force in growing ServiceSource from $46 million in 2006 to more than $200 million in revenue today.
Prior to ServiceSource, Natalie was an Associate Principal at McKinsey & Company. Her experience at McKinsey includes more than 25 customer engagements, focusing on corporate and business unit growth strategy, organizational restructuring and development, and go-to-market and brand strategy. Previously, Natalie managed environmental assessment and remediation projects for Dames & Moore.
Natalie earned a Bachelor of Science from Stanford University and a Master of Business Administration from the Harvard Graduate School of Business.
Executive Vice President of Global Selling Services
Martin Moran, Executive Vice President of Global Selling Services, brings more than 25 years of technology experience to ServiceSource. Martin was previously Senior Vice President and Managing Director of International and responsible for all regional operations.
Prior to joining ServiceSource, Martin spent ten years at salesforce.com. Recognizing the potential of the cloud-computing model, Martin was one of the founders of salesforce.com in Europe. He undertook a variety of roles including responsibility for sales, customer support, professional services and alliance and channels. Before salesforce.com, Martin spent almost ten years at Oracle in application sales where he worked his way through the ranks from sales representative to country manager for applications in Ireland. Martin started his career at Capita Group where he managed business process outsourcing contracts.
Martin is a non-executive board member of Netigate, a fast growing European SaaS company.
Martin earned the CIPFA accountancy qualification from Brunel University.
Senior Vice President of Marketing
Paula Reinman specializes in creating business growth through new markets and new products. She brings over 25 years of global experience in B2B and B2C marketing to her position as Senior Vice President of Marketing for ServiceSource. She is responsible for all aspects of corporate, product and solution marketing worldwide.
Prior to ServiceSource, Paula has held leadership positions at Bersin by Deloitte, Microsoft, Juniper Networks and AT&T. She has worked with service providers, enterprises and entertainment companies around the world to develop new markets in SaaS, interactive TV, networking and online education services. Paula has won Stevie and ADDY awards for innovative and effective marketing campaigns.
Paula is a proud graduate of the University of Michigan Ross School of Business and the University of California at Berkeley.
Senior Vice President of Corporate Business Development
Bart brings more than two decades of corporate development and investment experience to ServiceSource. As senior vice president of corporate business development, Bart drives ServiceSource’s corporate growth strategy, investments and acquisitions as the company expands its market presence as a leading provider of recurring revenue management solutions. He also communicates the company’s strategy to the investment community as the head of investor relations.
Prior to joining ServiceSource, Bart was vice president of corporate business development at National Semiconductor until its sale to Texas Instruments. Earlier, he was a founder and managing director of Blueprint Ventures, where he led strategy and investments in corporate IP spin-offs in the enterprise and data segments, and also managed institutional investor relations. He also spent eight years at Intel during the company’s period of highest growth, where he led several enterprise product groups and later spearheaded Intel Capital’s earliest investments and acquisitions.
Bart earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Cornell University and a Master of Business Administration from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
General Manager, Scout Analytics
Mark Upson has more than 20 years experience and success in global technology sales and management. Prior to joining Scout Analytics, Upson was President and CEO of PureEdge, where he led the company to leadership in the business process automation space before a strategic acquisition of PureEdge by IBM.
Prior to PureEdge, Mark was SVP and GM, Americas for Onyx Software, where he led sales growth from $2 million to more than $119 million throughout a 5-year period before and after its IPO. Prior to Onyx Software, Mark held senior management positions at Wall Data. Mark also held technical and senior sales management positions with IBM Corporation throughout an 11-year period.
Mark earned a Master of Science in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Science with honors in Industrial Engineering from Virginia Tech.
Rob is the former chief executive officer, president and chief operating officer of Cognos Inc. and general manager of Business Analytics for International Business Machines Corporation. Following the acquisition of Cognos Inc. by IBM Corporation in 2008, Rob led IBM Corporation's growing Business Analytics division as General Manager, where he served until April of 2012. During his tenure with Cognos, Rob held several leadership positions across key departments including chief financial officer, senior vice president of research and development, senior vice president of services and support, chief corporate officer and president and chief operating officer. Rob is currently a director on the board of ServiceSource and serves on the Audit Committee. Rob received a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Ottawa and is a Chartered Accountant.
Steven joined the ServiceSource Board of Directors in February 2010. A highly regarded leader of the Software as a Service (SaaS) market, Cakebread's expertise will be invaluable to ServiceSource as the Company introduces new technology-based solutions to accelerate market share and revenue growth. Cakebread served as Salesforce.com's Chief Financial Officer for six years and led the Company through its initial public offering. Prior to Salesforce.com, Cakebread served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Autodesk, where he was responsible for all of the Company's accounting and corporate finance functions. Before Autodesk, Cakebread was Vice President of Finance for Silicon Graphics, where he managed accounting and finance, information systems, and global sales and service administration. He began his career in global high technology operations with Hewlett Packard, where he held several key management positions. Cakebread serves on the Solarwinds and eHealth boards of directors. Cakebread holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California at Berkeley and an MBA from Indiana University.

Bruce, a general partner of Benchmark, is a seasoned veteran of venture capital, with more than 15 years experience in high-tech investing. Benchmark was founded in 1995 to help talented entrepreneurs build great technology companies. Managing more than $3 billion in committed venture capital, Benchmark focuses on investing in entrepreneurs with original ideas. Dunlevie’s past investments include Catapulse (acquired by Rational Software), Good Technology, Genesys Labs (acquired by Alcatel), Handspring (acquired by palmOne), Kalpana (acquired by Cisco Systems), Palm Computing (acquired by 3Com) and SnapTrack (acquired by Qualcomm). Dunlevie received a BA from Rice University and MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar. He is a former director of the Western Association of Venture Capitalists.
Jim is the Founder and Managing Partner of Madden Capital Partners, LLC. Previously, Jim was the Founder, Chairman and CEO of Exult, Inc., the innovator and market leader in human resources business process outsourcing for Global 500 corporations. In five years, Exult became the most widely recognized HR processing company in the world, growing from a start-up to over $500 million in revenue with over 2,000 employees. Exult operated centers around the globe and provided payroll and HR services to more than 750,000 client employees with $20 billion in annual employee payments. Major clients included BP, Bank of America, International Paper and Prudential Financial.
After merging Exult into Hewitt in late 2004, Jim became a Special Advisor with General Atlantic, a leading private equity firm. In 2007, Jim became a Partner at Accretive Technology Partners, a private equity firm differentiated by its unique approach to building companies that provide sustainable value to clients. Jim remains a Special Advisor to Accretive.
Prior to Exult, Jim served in a variety of technology services leadership positions including President of the US and International unit of MCI Systemhouse and as a Principal at the management consulting firm Booz-Allen & Hamilton. He began his career with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture).
Jim serves on the Board of Directors of Accolade, a unique health care services firm; AlphaStaff, a leading HR services firm; Genpact, a global business services firm; and ServiceSource, the innovator and leader in technology maintenance sales. Jim is the past Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Hoag Hospital Foundation. He is also a member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO). Jim has a BBA in Finance and a BA in Geology, summa cum laude from Southern Methodist University. Jim also attended the Webb Institute of Naval Architecture. Jim is a member of the Compensation Committee on the ServiceSource Board.
Marc is Managing Director of Carrick Capital Partners, LLC, a private equity firm. Prior to his affiliation with Carrick Capital Partners, Marc held various leadership positions at General Atlantic LLC from August 1999 to December 2011, including Managing Director. Before joining General Atlantic, Marc served as a Vice President in the High Technology Group at Goldman Sachs & Co, and as an associate in mergers and acquisitions within the Telecommunications and Media Group of Morgan Stanley Dean Witter. Marc received a BA from University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from The Wharton School. Marc has served on our board of directors since January 2007.
Tom currently serves as vice chairman of NetApp, helping customers, partners, and sales teams realize maximum value. Tom joined NetApp in 1994 as the head of North American Sales and later served as the company's president from 2000 until 2008. He joined the ServiceSource board of directors in February 2011.
Tom has been the keynote speaker for such diverse organizations as Symantec, CIO forums in multiple cities, the U.S. Marine Corps, and West Point. Tom was co-recipient of the 2009 Morgan Stanley Leadership Award for Global Commerce. This award is part of the Computerworld Honors Leadership Awards that are presented annually to individuals who have been instrumental in revolutionizing the use of information technology.
Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from the University of Notre Dame, is an alumnus of Stanford University's Executive Business Program, and is a guest lecturer at both institutions. In September 2000, the University of Notre Dame renamed its business school the Mendoza College of Business upon an endowment from Tom and his wife, Kathy.
Barry is a managing general partner of Housatonic Partners, a private equity investment firm with over $275 million in capital under management. Housatonic Partners invests in profitable companies in the business services, media and communications industries. Prior experience includes private equity group Trident Capital, where Barry was a principal and Bain & Company, where he was a manager who co-founded the Principal Investor Services practice. In addition to serving on the ServiceSource board of directors, Barry is a director of CaseCentral, Gold Standard Multimedia, Signature Wine Cellars, Tambourine, and WetFeet, Inc. Barry is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley and the Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he was a Ford Scholar.
