Christopher Carrington - ServiceSource CEO

Christopher Carrington

Chief Executive Officer

Christopher Carrington is CEO of ServiceSource. Mr. Carrington’s career spans more than 30 years leading and growing global corporations that deliver technology-enabled business services. Most recently, Mr. Carrington served as Executive Vice President of Global Delivery for SYKES Enterprises, Inc., a leading provider of customer contact management and business process outsourcing services where he led the operation with over 39,000 employees spanning 50 locations in 10 countries. Mr. Carrington joined SYKES in August 2012 following the successful sale of Alpine Access, Inc., a cloud-based virtual contact center, where as President and CEO he grew revenues at a 30 percent CAGR.

Previous to SYKES and Alpine Access, Mr. Carrington served as President of Americas Outsourcing at Capgemini, President and CEO of the Interlink Group, and divisional President of the Americas for Electronic Data Systems.

Mr. Carrington graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.

 

Brian Delaney - ServiceSource Chief Operating Officer

Chief Operating Officer

Brian Delaney is the Chief Operating Officer for ServiceSource, responsible for overseeing the company’s global Managed Services delivery teams. Brian brings more than 25 years of operations leadership to the company, which includes leading global organizations as large as 120,000 employees with $3 billion in revenue.

Prior to ServiceSource, Brian served as the COO of Stream Global Services, where he led operations to four consecutive years of growing profitability and Stream’s successful sale in 2014 to Convergys, where he then continued on as COO. Previous to that, he held a range of senior operational leadership roles, including SVP at Dish Network, COO at TeleTech Holdings, CIO at DataPlay and EVP of Customer Care Operations at Ticketmaster.

Brian holds a Bachelor's Degree in English literature from the University of California and a Master's Degree in English Education from New York University.

Patricia Elias

SVP and General Counsel

Patricia brings over 18 years of experience as a corporate and securities attorney to the ServiceSource team, including expertise in commercial transactions, cybersecurity, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining ServiceSource, Patricia was Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at ViaWest, Inc., a provider of hybrid IT solutions including cloud and colocation services. Patricia has also served as corporate and securities counsel at contract manufacturer Flex, and Lecturer and Adjunct Professor at the University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business, where she taught courses in law and public policy, entrepreneurial law, and business ethics. Earlier in her career, Patricia practiced law at Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison and Hogan & Hartson (now Hogan Lovells).

Patricia earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Duke University, and her Juris Doctor at the Georgetown University Law Center

 

Chad Lyne - ServiceSource Chief Customer Officer

Senior Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development

Chad Lyne is the Senior Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development for ServiceSource, responsible for leading a variety of strategic organic and inorganic growth initiatives for the company. Chad brings more than 15 years of strategic planning, corporate development and mergers & acquisitions experience to ServiceSource’s executive leadership team.

Prior to joining ServiceSource, Chad served as Global Vice President – Strategy & Corporate Development at SYKES Enterprises, Inc., a global BPO with more than 50,000 employees, where he led digital transformation efforts and successfully completed over $225 million in acquisitions. Chad joined SYKES from Alpine Access, a cloud-based technology-enabled services company where, as VP of Strategy & Corporate Development, he helped support a tripling of the business and its ultimate sale to SYKES for $150 million. Previous to Alpine Access, Chad spent a decade in private equity and investment banking.

Chad holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business from Azusa Pacific University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business.

 

Judy Morris - Chief Human Resources Office

Chief Human Resources Office

Judy Morris is the Chief Human Resources Officer for ServiceSource, responsible for all aspects of HR leadership across the company’s global organization. In this role, Judy drives the HR vision for the company, as well as spearheads the HR strategies and services that tie together culture, systems, processes and programs for the company’s 3,000 employees.

Prior to joining ServiceSource, Judy served as Senior Vice President of HR at Dallas-based Aegis Global. Before Aegis, she was Vice President of HR of the Americas region with Sitel, where responsibilities included HR services for more than 26,000 employees in eight countries. In previous roles, Judy has served as Vice President of Human Resources at Comcast, leading the HR function for the Colorado region; and Director of HR at Archstone-Smith. During her HR career, Judy was also the Vice President of HR, and first employee, at Cloud 10 Corporation where she built the entire HR function from the ground-up to serve its 3,000 remote employees in 29 states.

Judy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Literature from the University of Texas at Dallas.

 

Robert Pinkerton - ServiceSource Chief Financial Officer

Robert Pinkerton is CFO of ServiceSource. Prior to joining ServiceSource Robert was Senior Vice President of Corporate Development for TeleTech Holdings, Inc., a multi-national provider of analytics-driven, technology-enabled services focused on customer engagement. Before that Robert was Chief Financial Officer and Interim Chief Executive Officer of T3Media, Inc., a portfolio company of Investcorp and Shamrock Capital Advisors which offers cloud-based storage, access and licensing for enterprise-scale video libraries. He joined T3Media after being Chief Financial Officer of Alpine Access, Inc., the largest provider of home-based services in the contact center industry.

Prior to that, Robert served in various executive positions at Mix1 Beverage Company. Robert was also divisional CFO and Corporate Treasurer for CSG International, Inc., a provider of billing and customer care SaaS and licensed software solutions to the top 100 global communications companies.

He began his finance career as an investment banker with Paribas Merchant Banking and Continental Bank. Robert earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Rochester and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Chicago.
