David Kennedy, Chairman of the Board
David Kennedy is Chairman of the Board for ServiceSource. Before his involvement with ServiceSource, Kennedy was a management consultant at McKinsey & Company in multiple offices across Europe and the United States. His experience includes more than 30 client engagements, focusing on operational efficiency improvement, product marketing and sales, mergers and acquisitions and corporate and business strategy. Kennedy worked at H.J. Heinz as the Operations Manager for Central and Eastern Europe. Kennedy holds an MBA from Stanford University's Graduate School of Business, where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar. He also holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in Business from University College Dublin in Ireland and an MA from Stanford University in International Policy Studies. He was awarded a Fulbright Scholarship at Stanford.

Marc F. McMorris, General Atlantic
Marc F. McMorris is a managing director at General Atlantic LLC, a leading global private equity firm providing capital for growth companies driven by information technology or intellectual property. Based in Greenwich, CT, McMorris has worked for the firm since 1999 and currently leads General Atlantic's Enterprise Solutions sector. Prior to joining General Atlantic, McMorris served as a Vice President in the High Technology group with Goldman Sachs. Prior to his affiliation with Goldman Sachs, McMorris served as an associate in mergers and acquisitions within the Telecommunications and Media Group of Morgan Stanley Dean Witter. McMorris received a BA from University of Pennsylvania Education and an MBA from The Wharton School.

Bruce Dunlevie, Benchmark Capital
Bruce Dunlevie, a general partner of Benchmark Capital, is a seasoned veteran of venture capital, with more than 15 years experience in high-tech investing. Benchmark Capital was founded in 1995 to help talented entrepreneurs build great technology companies. Managing more than $3 billion in committed venture capital, Benchmark focuses on investing in entrepreneurs with original ideas. Dunlevie’s past investments include Catapulse (acquired by Rational Software), Good Technology, Genesys Labs (acquired by Alcatel), Handspring (acquired by palmOne), Kalpana (acquired by Cisco Systems), Palm Computing (acquired by 3Com) and SnapTrack (acquired by Qualcomm). Dunlevie received a BA from Rice University and MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar. He is a former director of the Western Association of Venture Capitalists.

Jim Madden, Accretive Partners, LLC
Jim Madden is a partner with Accretive, LLC, a private equity firm focused on creating value in unique, well positioned businesses. Madden also serves on the Board of Directors for Accretive Care, TriNet and Genpact. Previously, Madden was the Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Exult, Inc. After the successful sales of Exult to Hewitt Associates in 2004, Madden served as a special advisor to General Atlantic, a leading private equity firm. Prior to Exult, Madden has served in a variety of technology services industry leadership positions at Systemhouse, a technology and processing company. He was also Principal at management consulting firm Booz-Allen & Hamilton where he established and led the firm's IT and process reengineering practice in Southern California. He began his career in 1983 with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) where he developed and ran Andersen's first IT operations practice on the West Coast. Madden graduated from Southern Methodist University where he earned a BBA in Business and a BA in Geology.

Barry Reynolds,, Housatonic Partners
Barry Reynolds is a managing general partner of Housatonic Partners, a private equity investment firm with over $275 million in capital under management. Housatonic Partners invests in profitable companies in the business services, media and communications industries. Prior experience includes private equity group Trident Capital, where Reynolds was a principal and Bain & Company, where he was a manager who co-founded the Principal Investor Services practice. In addition to serving on the ServiceSource board of directors, Reynolds is a director of CaseCentral, Gold Standard Multimedia, Signature Wine Cellars, Tambourine, and WetFeet, Inc. Reynolds is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley and the Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he was a Ford Scholar.

R. James Ellis,, Asurion
In 1995, James Ellis and Kevin Taweel founded Asurion, a company that provides world-class, value- added solutions for the wireless communications industry. Previously responsible for Asurion’s sales and marketing efforts, Ellis’ current focus is developing international opportunities for Asurion’s target European markets. Prior to founding Asurion, Ellis held positions as a research associate at the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University and as a consultant with IMG and Cresap, McCormick, and Paget. Ellis holds an MBA from the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Dartmouth College. He is also a recipient of the prestigious Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award.
