Norwegian Inside Sales Representative

Upon completion of training, Inside Sales Representatives call upon existing customer base of the assigned account. While calls are outbound, it.s not cold calling, and there is no .lead generation. involved. Instead, you cultivate relationships and close renewal contracts with an average of 150-200 active accounts each quarter. Inside Sales Representatives place an average of 30-50 calls per day and use the computer to generate quotes, perform customer research, and update account notes using our proprietary CRM, Radar.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the renewal and overall sales of hi-tech service and support agreements to an established customer base
  • Use databases to research accounts and uncover new opportunities
  • Able to work effectively with 150-200 accounts per quarter
  • Generate sales quotations for customers, using dedicated sales database systems
  • Ensure the integrity of client information maintained in the database systems
  • Assist with streamlining of systems and processes to further enhance automation and efficiency

Qualifications

  • College degree, BA/BS required
  • Fluency in English and Norwegian is essential.
  • Candidate must have strong Microsoft Word & Excel and email database skills.
