The Senior Manager, Client Care is an integral part of our Denver Service Delivery organization. This role provides a unique opportunity to work directly with our customers and to have broad interaction with the entire leadership team while making a direct impact on the company´s aggressive financial targets. As a result, candidates should have broad account management experience, a passion for quality customer service, and commercial discipline.
Candidates should have a demonstrated strength in selling ROI-based solutions and delivery-methodologies to smart, sophisticated customers that result in recurring revenue. He/She will also have a strong background in account management, service delivery, sales, and technology.
