Role Description

The success of ServiceSource Inc is heavily reliant on the successful delivery for and retention of its customer base. The Senior Manager, Client Care is an integral part of our Denver Service Delivery organization. This role provides a unique opportunity to work directly with our customers and to have broad interaction with the entire leadership team while making a direct impact on the company´s aggressive financial targets. As a result, candidates should have broad account management experience, a passion for quality customer service, and commercial discipline.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze client data to assess ServiceSource opportunity to enhance client revenue
  • Refine, manage and lead programs to enhance client satisfaction and retention
  • Develop compelling business cases that up sell the ServiceSource solution
  • Support the development and retention of existing clients
  • Develop leverageable financial tools to facilitate analysis for customer retention
  • Support the execution and delivery of client business reviews
  • Ability to instill confidence with customers

Candidate Qualifications & Key Attributes

Candidates should have a demonstrated strength in selling ROI-based solutions and delivery-methodologies to smart, sophisticated customers that result in recurring revenue. He/She will also have a strong background in account management, service delivery, sales, and technology.

  • BA degree is required
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Attention to detail and high level of accountability a must
  • Confident in-front of senior executives (internal or external)
  • Smart, dynamic, aggressive and strategic (has intellectual horsepower)
  • Considered to be a strong coach and motivator of people
  • Resourceful, creative and likes to win
  • Willing to roll-up the sleeves and get it done
  • Good communicator with the ability to articulate a strong value proposition
  • Self-starter who can set and manage priorities.
  • Experienced with database tools such as Access

Compensation

ServiceSource will offer an attractive compensation package, consisting of a competitive base salary, bonus opportunity, 401k match and equity participation.
