Inside Sales Representatives are responsible for selling, renewing, and expanding the service relationships our clients have with their existing customer base. Representatives are placed on client teams and call upon existing customers to assess areas of opportunity, renew current service contracts, and sell complimentary services. Representatives place an average of 30-50 calls per day and manage around 150-200 active accounts each quarter. They generate quotes, perform customer research, and update account notes using our proprietary RADAR CRM. This position requires a sales oriented individual with a strong work ethic and self management principles. Independent and results-driven individuals will thrive in this position that includes a strong base salary as well as a supplemental commission program.
