Account Executive - Inside Sales

Nashville, TN

Inside Sales Representatives are responsible for selling, renewing, and expanding the service relationships our clients have with their existing customer base. Representatives are placed on client teams and call upon existing customers to assess areas of opportunity, renew current service contracts, and sell complimentary services. Representatives place an average of 30-50 calls per day and manage around 150-200 active accounts each quarter. They generate quotes, perform customer research, and update account notes using our proprietary RADAR CRM. This position requires a sales oriented individual with a strong work ethic and self management principles. Independent and results-driven individuals will thrive in this position that includes a strong base salary as well as a supplemental commission program.

Responsibilities


  • Responsible for the renewal and overall sales of hi-tech services and support agreements to an established customer base
  • Effectively sell to decision makers at all levels of an organization
  • Responsible for managing sales territory and achieving monthly quotas
  • Call customers and channel partners to drive sales
  • Develop strategic plans to target high potential accounts
  • Use databases to research and quote accounts
  • Able to work effectively with 150-200 accounts per quarter

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Technology or related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years direct selling experience
  • Proven track record as a successful salesperson with the ability to negotiate and close deals
  • Aggressive attitude with the ability to achieve results
  • Ability to grasp technology terminology and financial concepts
  • Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organization and verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multi task in a time sensitive environment
  • Professional and polished demeanor
