Upon completion of training, Inside Sales Representatives call upon existing customer base of the assigned account. While calls are outbound, it’s not cold calling, and there is no ‘lead generation’ involved. Instead, you cultivate relationships and close renewal contracts with an average of 150-200 active accounts each quarter. Inside Sales Representatives place an average of 30-50 calls per day and use the computer to generate quotes, perform customer research, and update account notes using our proprietary CRM, Radar.
