Inside Sales Representative

Role Description

Inside Sales Representatives are responsible for selling, renewing, and expanding the service relationships our clients have with their existing customer base. Upon completion of training, representatives are placed on client teams and call upon existing customers to assess areas of opportunity, renew current service contracts, and sell complimentary services. They provide customer service, build relationships, generate quotes, perform customer research, and update account notes using our proprietary RADAR CRM.

Qualifications

  • College degree or Poly Tech degree preferred
  • Fluent in English and either Mandarin, Japanese or Korean
  • Customer service or sales experience a plus
