Labor Relations Specialist

Job Description

This individual will be responsible for all activities to promote success within multiple clients. Responsibilities will include but not limited to: Client relationship management, forecasting, project management, major account selling, rep development, reporting and data manipulation. This individual reports directly to the Director of Inside Sales; however, will work with Sales personnel to understand requirements for additional deliverables and key objectives for successful account management and growth within the account

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Evaluate job positions, determine classifications, exempt or non-exempt, and salary.
  • Responsible for researching target locations, principally, in Ireland and the UK to open a number of new service centers.
  • Analysis of local benchmark data on compensation/benefits/cost of living.
  • Implement benefits and compensation programs for new center.
  • Oversee and manage the transition of selected expates from US locations.
  • Through analysis and understanding of the local talent pool trends, launch high volume recruiting campaigns to
  • hire high caliber graduate recruits for core business roles.
  • Establish and build relations with local HR related vendors (BUPA/VHI for benefits, Pensions, IBEC).
  • Handbook: Adhering to UK or Irish employment legislation; implement Corporate and International HR policies
  • and programs that supports the Company's overall strategic direction.
  • Provide business partner support translating the business strategies into HR strategies for the new operation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or equivalent, and two (2) years experience in the position required and flexibility to travel for business.
