Mike Smerklo, Chairman of the Board & CEO

Mike Smerklo is responsible for advancing ServiceSource's vision to deliver world-class solution for increasing service revenue to the technology, health care and life sciences industries. He has architected a leadership team with deep experience in technology, outsourcing, and client services and consistently delivers outstanding growth and exceptional returns to shareholders. Under his leadership, ServiceSource has grown to a global organization with over 1,000 employees. Since 2002, ServiceSource has seen a 25 times increase in revenue, employees and business under management.

Prior to ServiceSource, Mike's background includes executive positions at Opsware (previously Loudcloud), Morgan Stanley, Lehman Brothers and Ernst & Young. Mike holds an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, where he graduated with distinction. He also holds a BS in Business Administration from Miami University and is an accredited CPA.

In addition to ServiceSource's Board of Directors, Mike is active in Young Presidents Organization (YPO), the Board of Make-A-Wish and is a regular speaker at industry events. Mike also chairs the Service Executive Industry Board (SEIB), an independent industry board created to share best practices, address issues and shape the future direction of the maintenance and services industry.

Jeff Bizzack, President

Jeff Bizzack joined ServiceSource as President in April 2009 to drive the company's rapid growth and expansion. He oversees all client-facing activities across the customer lifecycle including sales, marketing, development, and delivery. Prior to coming to ServiceSource, Jeff has an excellent track record in the technology and outsourcing industries helping companies develop and expand their client base, establishing global service centers, and leading organizations through significant revenue growth and expansion. Jeff has held several key roles at leading companies including Accenture LLC, a company focused on the mid-market, where he served as Managing Director and CEO for Finance, Accounting and Human Resources Outsourcing, Savista where he served as CEO of the technology and outsourcing company, and ProBusiness Services which he co-founded and built into the premier provider of HR BPO solutions and later successfully sold to ADP.

In addition to his professional experience, Jeff has served on the board of a number of industry and non-profit organizations including the HROA (Human Resource Outsourcing Association) as Vice-Chairman, he founded and was Chairman of the Mid-Market HROA Board North America organization, and is an active board member and Chairman (emeritus) of Miocean, a non-profit with a mission to reduce ocean pollution. In addition, Jeff holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from St. Mary's College in Moraga, California.

Chuck Boynton, Chief Financial Officer
Chuck Boynton joined ServiceSource in May 2008 as Chief Financial Officer. He is responsible for all financial and legal affairs of ServiceSource. Prior to joining ServiceSource, Chuck worked at Intelliden serving as CFO and managing the global professional services organization, which included a team of trained worldwide consultants responsible for helping customers maximize their return from Intelliden solutions. In addition, he focused on the company's administrative matters in legal, HR, and IT. Chuck brings almost 20 years of financial and management experience to ServiceSource, previously serving as senior vice president and CFO of Commerce One and holding several senior finance and sales management positions for companies such as Kraft Foods, Grant Thornton, and IBM. Chuck holds a BA in accounting from Indiana University, an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Rob Sturgeon, Executive Vice President of Client Delivery
Rob Sturgeon joins ServiceSource as Executive Vice President of Client Delivery. He is responsible for delivering increased operational efficiencies and developing strategies and offering to better serve our clients. Prior to joining ServiceSource, Rob was Executive Vice President and General Manager of Juniper's Enterprise Business. In this role, he had full P&L responsibility for Juniper's $550 million Service Layer Technologies Business Unit. He led strategy development, product management, product marketing and product engineering/development. Prior to this role, Rob served as Executive Vice President of Worldwide Services and had P&L responsibility for Juniper's global service business. Rob has previously served roles at AT&T as Vice President of Customer Service and Managing Director for Asia-Pacific. Rob received an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Dayton.

Crosbie Burns, Executive Vice President, Worldwide Field Operations
Crosbie Burns leads ServiceSource’s global expansion efforts from the company’s European headquarters in Dublin. He has over 20 years of experience in the IT sector, focused on ERP solutions for medium- and large-enterprise companies. Before joining ServiceSource, Crosbie was Vice President and Managing Director of the UK and Ireland operations for PeopleSoft, following the acquisition of J.D. Edwards, and was largely responsible for the successful integration of the two companies in the UK. Crosbie was previously UK Managing Director of J.D. Edwards, responsible for shifting the company’s focus to providing solutions with increased business value. Other experience includes management roles at Momentum Computing and Creative Computers in Australia. Crosbie holds a bachelor of commerce degree from Canterbury University in New Zealand.

Steve Unterberger, Chief Solutions Officer
Steve Unterberger is Chief Solutions Officer at ServiceSource. He is responsible for the company's information technology platforms and for the development of client-facing solutions that increase efficiencies for business operations and processes. Prior to joining ServiceSource, Steve was responsible for Services Strategy and Technology Development at Hewitt Associates, the world's largest provider of human resources business process outsourcing (BPO) and consulting services. He joined Hewitt's executive team as part of the company's acquisition of Exult, a BPO company he co-founded in 1999. Exult pioneered the HR BPO industry, servicing Global 500 clients and growing to more than $500 million in revenues in five years. Previously, Steve held an executive position at Systemhouse, a $2 billion IT consulting and outsourcing unit of MCI, and as a consultant at PriceWaterhouse Coopers. Steve received a degree from the University of Pennsylvania.

Jay Ackerman, Chief Services Officer
As Chief Services Officer, Jay is responsible for leading ServiceSource's global client lifecycle management approach and methodologies, ensuring that the voice of the customer is ever present and our offering is always relevant. He is also leading our recently launched Service Executive Industry Board. Prior to ServiceSource, Jay held senior positions with several successful high-growth outsourcing companies. He served as CEO and President of WNS North America. Under his leadership, North American revenue for WNS grew from $6 million to $55 million in just 24 months. In addition, Jay was a senior leader at Exult, the market innovator for HR-led business process outsourcing services an organization that grew to $500m in revenue in 5 years. Throughout his career, Jay has built a reputation for developing strong customer relationships and consistently delivering against challenging customer requirements. Jay is a CPA in the State of New York. He received an MBA in Finance from the Stern School of Business at New York University and received a BA degree in Economics from Connecticut College.

Ray Martinelli, Executive Vice President of Human Resources
Ray Martinelli is responsible for all aspects of Human Resources at ServiceSource. He leads recruitment, performance management, and global compensation and benefits efforts. Ray brings a wealth of HR experience from over 20 years in management roles at several industry leading companies. Most recently, he was the SVP Human Resources at Macromedia where he played a lead role in the Adobe/Macromedia integration. From 2000 to 2005, Ray was VP Human Resources for Juniper Networks during which time the organization grew from 300 to 3,000 employees. Previous experience includes management roles at Computer Curriculum Corporation, Apple Computer, and Esprit de Corps. Ray holds a BA degree in Organizational Communications from Sacramento State University and a Masters in Organization Development from Golden Gate University.

Natalie McCullough, Senior Vice President Go-To-Market
Natalie McCullough leads Go-To-Market activities for ServiceSource. In this role, she manages Corporate and Solution Marketing, Solution Design and Sales Operations. Natalie and her team work with clients and prospects to benchmark their service businesses to industry best practice and develop tailored solutions that maximize client financial and strategic goals. Natalie came to ServiceSource in 2006 as Vice President of Strategy to drive development of a long term strategy for ServiceSource's growth. In January 2008, Natalie moved to more directly impact the business via sales and marketing functions. Prior to ServiceSource, Natalie was an Associate Principal at McKinsey & Company. Her experience at McKinsey includes over 25 client engagements, focusing on corporate and business unit growth strategy, organizational restructuring and development, and go-to-market and brand strategy. Previously, Natalie managed environmental assessment and remediation projects for Dames & Moore. Natalie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geology from Stanford University and an MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business.
