Mike Smerklo, Chief Executive Officer
Mike Smerklo is the Chairman and CEO of ServiceSource (NASDAQ: SREV). Under his direction, ServiceSource has grown from a groundbreaking idea into a publicly-traded company that is the market leader in Service Revenue Management.
Mike is committed to advancing ServiceSource's laser focus to deliver innovative and market-leading service revenue management solutions for technology-based companies, increasing customers' recurring service revenue, profits and end-customer loyalty. Under Mike's leadership, ServiceSource has pioneered and is the market share leader in the emerging service revenue management category, with over $7 Billion of recurring service revenue under management across multiple vertical markets, including hardware, software, healthcare & life sciences and building systems.
Prior to ServiceSource, Mike has held executive positions at Opsware (previously Loudcloud), Morgan Stanley and Lehman Brothers. Mike holds an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, where he graduated with distinction. He also holds a BS in Business Administration from Miami University.
In addition to serving as Chairman of the Board of Directors for ServiceSource, Mike is active in Young Presidents Organization (YPO), sits on the Board of the Greater Bay Area Make-A-Wish Foundation and is a regular speaker at industry events. Mike also founded and chairs the Service Executive Industry Board (SEIB), an independent industry board created to share best practices, address issues and shape the future direction of service revenue management. He has also been recognized for his vision and leadership by Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year, Forbes Magazine, The San Francisco Business Times and The Wall Street Journal, just to name a few.

David Oppenheimer, Chief Financial Officer
David Oppenheimer brings over 20 years of executive financial leadership to ServiceSource, having led the finance and administrative functions at several technology companies. David has played a key role in several M&A transactions, piloted a successful IPO, worked extensively with Wall Street and the investor community, and implemented Sarbanes Oxley as a public company CFO. Prior to ServiceSource, David served in executive posts as CFO of Mindjet, a desktop software company, CFO of Hands-On Mobile, a mobile content company, CFO of Digital Impact (NASDAQ: DIGI), an internet marketing company, Vice President, Finance at Autodesk, CFO of the Aerospace Services and the Electronics business units at AlliedSignal (currently known as Honeywell), and Division Controller at United Airlines.
David holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the State University of New York, Buffalo, an MBA from the University of California Berkley and attended Stanford University's Graduate School of Business' executive program in financial management.

Jeff Bizzack, President
Jeff Bizzack joined ServiceSource as President in April 2009 to drive the company's rapid growth and expansion. He oversees all customer-facing activities across the customer lifecycle including sales, marketing, development, and delivery. Prior to coming to ServiceSource, Jeff has an excellent track record in the technology and outsourcing industries helping companies develop and expand their customer base, establishing global service centers, and leading organizations through significant revenue growth and expansion. Jeff has held several key roles at leading companies including Accenture LLC, a company focused on the mid-market, where he served as Managing Director and CEO for Finance, Accounting and Human Resources Outsourcing, Savista where he served as CEO of the technology and outsourcing company, and ProBusiness Services which he co-founded and built into the premier provider of HR BPO solutions and later successfully sold to ADP.
In addition to his professional experience, Jeff has served on the board of a number of industry and non-profit organizations including the HROA (Human Resource Outsourcing Association) as Vice-Chairman, he founded and was Chairman of the Mid-Market HROA Board North America organization, and is an active board member and Chairman (emeritus) of Miocean, a non-profit with a mission to reduce ocean pollution.

Rob Sturgeon, Chief Delivery Officer
As Chief Delivery Officer with ServiceSource, Rob Sturgeon is responsible for managing over $6 billion in recurring revenue for ServiceSource's customers globally and for delivering the strategies, services, and increased operational efficiencies that lead to improved service revenue performance for their businesses.
Before joining ServiceSource, Rob was Executive Vice President and General Manager of Juniper's Enterprise Business. In this role, he had full P&L responsibility for Juniper's $550 million Service Layer Technologies Business Unit, where he led strategy development, product management, product marketing and product engineering/development. Prior to assuming this role, Rob served as Executive Vice President of Worldwide Services and had P&L responsibility for Juniper's global service business. Rob previously served at AT&T, both as Vice President of Customer Service and as Managing Director for Asia-Pacific. Rob received an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Dayton.

Natalie McCullough, Chief Marketing Officer
Natalie McCullough leads worldwide marketing and strategy for ServiceSource. In this role, Natalie leads the company’s growth strategy and runs the global marketing machine to execute on it. Joining the company in 2006, Natalie has held key executive positions in strategy, sales operations, business development and marketing and has been a driving force in growing ServiceSource from $46 million in 2006 to over $200 million in revenue today. Prior to ServiceSource, Natalie was an Associate Principal at McKinsey & Company. Her experience at McKinsey includes over 25 customer engagements, focusing on corporate and business unit growth strategy, organizational restructuring and development, and go-to-market and brand strategy. Previously, Natalie managed environmental assessment and remediation projects for Dames & Moore. Natalie holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Stanford University and an MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business.

Ganesh Bell, Executive Vice President of Products
Ganesh Bell brings over seventeen years of experience in the enterprise software industry to ServiceSource. He is responsible for all aspects of product strategy, product management, development and operations for the Company’s cloud applications and technology. Prior to ServiceSource, Mr. Bell held several key positions at SAP most recently as Vice President of Product Strategy & Management for the business intelligence & technology platform group. He also served as Vice President of Portfolio Strategy at SAP. Throughout his career, Bell has held key product, technology, and executive positions in leading enterprise software companies and start-ups. He was Chief Technologist at PeopleSoft Inc providing leadership in integrating its technology portfolio after the acquisition of J.D. Edwards where he served as Chief Software Architect. Prior to J.D. Edwards, Mr. Bell served as Vice President of Products at YouCentric where he led the core development of the products team. He began his career as a software developer at a start-up Login Systems and Innovations in Madras, India. Ganesh Bell holds a Bachelor of Science degree from University of Madras, India and a Masters degree in Computer Science from North Dakota State University.

John Boucher, Executive Vice President of Worldwide Sales
John Boucher is the Executive Vice President of Worldwide Sales for ServiceSource responsible for developing and executing the global sales strategy for the company and overseeing the sales function in all domestic and international regions. Prior to joining ServiceSource, John was the Senior Vice President at Oracle responsible for Oracle’s North American applications and national accounts organization. Under his leadership, his department sold and serviced nearly 7,500 commercial customers of the Oracle E-Business Suite, PeopleSoft, J. D. Edwards, Siebel and Hyperion business applications. John also was integral in the acquisition and integration of a variety of other best in class business applications including Hyperion, G*Log, Demantra, Agile, and Logical Applications. Before that, John was Group Vice President of Oracle's North America Commercial Applications sales organization for the Eastern half of North America. Prior to Oracle, he served as Vice President of Sales at Midway Data Center, a subsidiary of Midway National Bank in St. Paul, MN. He was responsible for sales of multi-year core banking outsourcing relationships. Mr. Boucher started his career at Unisys Corporation where he was a Named Account Sales Executive.
Mr. Boucher has a B.A. degree in Business Management from Assumption College.

Jay Ackerman, Chief Services Officer
As Chief Services Officer, Jay is responsible for leading ServiceSource's global customer lifecycle management approach and methodologies, ensuring that the voice of the customer is ever present and our offering is always relevant. He is also leading our recently launched Service Executive Industry Board. Prior to ServiceSource, Jay held senior positions with several successful high-growth outsourcing companies. He served as CEO and President of WNS North America. Under his leadership, North American revenue for WNS grew from $6 million to $55 million in just 24 months. In addition, Jay was a senior leader at Exult, the market innovator for HR-led business process outsourcing services an organization that grew to $500m in revenue in 5 years. Throughout his career, Jay has built a reputation for developing strong customer relationships and consistently delivering against challenging customer requirements. Jay is a CPA in the State of New York. He received an MBA in Finance from the Stern School of Business at New York University and received a BA degree in Economics from Connecticut College.

Ray Martinelli, Chief People Officer
Ray Martinelli is responsible for all aspects of Human Resources at ServiceSource. He leads recruitment, performance management, and global compensation and benefits efforts. Ray brings a wealth of HR experience from over 20 years in management roles at several industry leading companies. Most recently, he was the SVP Human Resources at Macromedia where he played a lead role in the Adobe/Macromedia integration. From 2000 to 2005, Ray was VP Human Resources for Juniper Networks during which time the organization grew from 300 to 3,000 employees. Previous experience includes management roles at Computer Curriculum Corporation, Apple Computer, and Esprit de Corps. Ray holds a BA degree in Organizational Communications from Sacramento State University and a Masters in Organization Development from Golden Gate University.

Paul Warenski, Senior Vice President and General Counsel
Paul Warenski is General Counsel of ServiceSource and oversees all aspects of the Company's worldwide legal operations. Paul is a seasoned legal executive. He previously served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Intraware, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) company, and at Commerce One, an e-commerce software company, both of which were publicly traded. He also served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel at BenefitStreet. Earlier in his career, Paul practiced law at Schachter, Kristoff, where he became a partner, and at Nossaman, Guthner, Knox & Elliott. He began his career working as a law clerk for a federal district judge and as a senior legislative advisor to a United States congressman.
Paul received his law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law (with honors), and holds a Master's Degree from the London School of Economics. He also has BS degrees in economics, political science and philosophy from the University of Utah. Paul joined ServiceSource in 2008.
