Chief Executive Officer
Christopher Carrington took the helm as CEO of ServiceSource in 2014. He has led the expansion of the company into a full-service provider of solutions that help clients find, convert, grow, and retain revenue at every stage of the customer lifecycle. Through his leadership, Christopher has revolutionized the company culture and led the improvement of ServiceSource’s financial results, solidifying its reputation as the premier provider of inside sales, customer success and revenue retention solutions.
Over the past two decades, Christopher has helped grow and turn around several global companies, with oversight of as many as 39,000 employees at 50 locations in 10 countries and nearly $1 billion in revenue. Prior to joining ServiceSource, he was the executive vice president of global delivery for SYKES Enterprises. Previously, Christopher was the president and CEO of Alpine Access and held various leadership positions at Capgemini, was president and CEO of the Interlink Group, and was a divisional president at Electronic Data Systems, where he also fulfilled several other roles.
Christopher holds a B.A. in Economics from Indiana University and was a finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award.
Outside of ServiceSource, Christopher is a proud family man and has raised two children with Andy, his wife of more than 30 years. When he’s not traveling the globe, you might find him summiting one of Colorado’s fourteeners.x
Chief Customer Success Officer and COO
As the Chief Customer Success Officer and COO of ServiceSource, Brian Delaney oversees the business intelligence, technology, training, and regional delivery teams across North America, Europe and Asia Pacific. During his tenure, Brian has launched three rapidly growing global centers in Sofia, Manila and Okinawa. Through best-in-class BI, analytics and workflow tools, he has improved delivery results for ServiceSource’s inside sales, customer success and revenue retention solutions.
Over his three decades of operations leadership experience, Brian has led global organizations as large as 120,000 employees with $3 billion in revenue. Prior to ServiceSource, he was the COO of Stream Global Services, a BPO service provider that was acquired by Convergys, where he continued as COO. Previously, Brian held senior operational leadership roles for several other technology-focused organizations. He was the senior vice president of operations at Dish Network, COO at TeleTech, CIO at DataPlay and executive vice president of customer care operations at Ticketmaster.
Brian holds an M.A. in in English Education from New York University and a B.A. in English Literature from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
Brian started his career as a high school teacher in New York City Public Schools. A lover of the outdoors and an avid cyclist, he’s always looking for the next great race or ride.x
Chief Financial Officer
Bob Pinkerton leads the global finance and accounting teams, including investor relations and capital markets for ServiceSource. Now in his fourth CFO position, Bob brings three decades of experience growing and strengthening public and private software and services companies, as well as a deep knowledge of outsourced customer revenue lifecycle management.
Prior to ServiceSource, Bob was senior vice president of corporate development for TeleTech. Previously, he served as CFO and interim chief executive officer of T3Media, CFO of Alpine Access and held leadership roles at Mix1 Beverage Company and CSG International. Bob spent the first 13 years of his career in investment banking in New York and San Francisco. During his career as an operator and a banker, he has raised over $3 billion in capital and closed over 25 M&A transactions.
Bob holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago and a BA in History and Political Science from the University of Rochester. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Epilepsy Foundation of Colorado and is a former board member of the foundation’s national organization.
A lover of music, Bob spent time playing keyboards in a band during his New York City years. His other passion, rock climbing, led him to the top of walls like El Capitan and Half Dome in Yosemite.x
Chief Revenue Officer
Ben Jennings serves as chief revenue officer for ServiceSource, where he oversees outside sales, business development and solution design globally. Ben joined the company in 2003 and has held a variety of leadership roles in sales, client success and delivery. He also founded and ran ServiceSource’s European and Asia Pacific offices. Ben continues to focus on providing outcome based, revenue growth solutions for ServiceSource’s clients and their customers.
Ben has over two decades of leadership experience in sales, marketing, business development and customer success. Previously, he was the director of business development for Jamcracker, director of strategic alliances for Loudcloud and director of business development for Transition Networks.
Ben holds a B.S. in Political Science from Santa Clara University. He is a regular speaker at industry events and a member of multiple sales leadership organizations.
When he’s not on an airplane for ServiceSource, Ben is at the racetrack or enjoying time in the mountains or on the water.x
Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Head of Global HR
Patricia Elias leads global human resources and is general counsel for ServiceSource. As head of people, she fosters the culture of growth among ServiceSource’s employees through a leading talent selection process and employee engagement approach. As general counsel, Patricia oversees all global legal and compliance matters for the company. She is also a member of ServiceSource’s executive team and fulfills the responsibilities of corporate secretary.
Prior to ServiceSource, Patricia held roles in the legal teams at ViaWest and Flextronics, and as a full-time lecturer of law and public policy at the University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business. In her early career, Patricia practiced corporate and securities law at the firms Hogan Lovells; Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison; and Holland & Hart.
Patricia holds a J.D. from Georgetown University and a B.A. in Psychology from Duke University. She is supports Volunteers for Outdoor Colorado and JDRF, a leading global organization that funds type 1 diabetes research.
Patricia was born in Colombia and is fluent in Spanish and French. She enjoys in-line skating and hiking Colorado’s high alpine peaks.x
SVP of Strategy and Corporate Development
Chad Lyne leads ServiceSource’s strategy, corporate development, investor relations and global marketing functions. He works closely with the CEO, CFO and board to carry out strategic growth initiatives for ServiceSource, and helped launch a redefined brand to support the company’s value proposition and growth strategy.
Before ServiceSource, Chad was the global head of corporate strategy and M&A for Sykes Enterprises, where he joined after helping to lead the successful sale and integration of Alpine Access. Earlier in his career, Chad spent nearly a decade in private equity and merchant banking.
Chad holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and a B.S. in International Business from Azusa Pacific University.
As a proud Notre Dame alumnus, Chad is a devoted, sometimes-suffering fan of Fighting Irish football. He was born and raised in Quito, Ecuador, and even knows a word or two of Spanish.x
SVP, Global Customer Success
Ryan Thomas leads global teams that support many of ServiceSource’s key clients, overseeing account strategy and execution to ensure client satisfaction and growth. In this role, Ryan embodies how ServiceSource employs its best-in-class customer success processes and expertise for clients and their customers.
Throughout his 20-year career in inside sales and renewals, Ryan has led multi-billion-dollar sales organizations, managing as many as 500 people. Prior to ServiceSource, he gained experience in business development and management roles with Citrix, Dell EMC, ScriptLogic, (now Dell), Veritas and Gartner.
Ryan holds a B.S. Business Administration and Management from Baker College. He has received ServiceSource’s President’s Club award 4 times. In addition to being a proud father and husband, Ryan is a guitarist and vocalist in a band in Nashville and an avid fisherman.x
SVP, Customer Success and Inside Sales, NALA
Michael Poe holds P&L responsibility for North America, the largest business unit at ServiceSource. He runs the revenue delivery centers in the region, driving value along the entire customer journey for clients and their customers. Michael joined ServiceSource as VP and sales center of excellence leader, growing strategic global engagements to more than $8 billion in revenue under management. He also served as senior VP of global operations and optimization, revamping the learning and development environment and the deployment of tools and technology for manager productivity.
Prior to ServiceSource, Michael held executive roles for Capgemini, Genpact, a spinoff of GE Capital, and Perot Systems, now Dell. Michael served as an officer in the U.S. Navy, in charge of special boat teams in South America. In 2017, he was named by Ambition as a top 100 sales coach.
Michael is a passionate supporter of veterans’ causes. A longtime pilot, he founded the Eagleville Soaring Club and holds the Tennessee distance record for flying without an engine. On weekends, you’ll find Michael working at his beef cattle ranch.x
SVP, Customer Success and Inside Sales, EMEA
As SVP of EMEA, Mike drives value across ServiceSource’s multinational EMEA client base, managing the P&L while motivating the teams in his regions to achieve client satisfaction, retention and aggressive growth. Mike is a mentor in the EMEA rising leader program, coaching ServiceSource Customer Relationship leaders. With a background in data science and analytics, Mike champions the use of industrial knowledge of data and insights to build sustainable forecasting and find, covert, grow and retain new revenue for clients and their customers.
Previously, Mike held operational leadership roles at Branded Payment Solutions, Payzone Group, and Spectel. He has also published several papers in the area of Optimization and spent time on the board of the Dutch Payment Association.
Mike holds an MSc in Business Analytics from University College Dublin and a BSc in Mathematics from the National University of Ireland.
A lifelong athlete and avid cyclist, runner and hiker, Mike is often training for his next adventure race. He has shared his love of the outdoors with his four children, summiting the highest peak in every county in Ireland with them.x
SVP, Customer Success and Inside Sales, APJ
As SVP of customer success and inside sales, APJ, Shaun Han manages P&L for the region, motivating each region’s team to retain and grow the business while striving for high client satisfaction. Shaun joined the company as VP of customer success and inside sales, growing existing locations and spearheading the recent opening of the Okinawa, Japan, office.
Shaun previously served in senior sales and marketing roles at leading technology companies, including Oracle and Hewlett-Packard. Shaun started his career as a systems engineer for IBM.
Shaun holds an MBA from Leceister University and a BSc (Hons) in Estate Management from the National University of Singapore.
When he’s not spending time with his wife and three children, Shaun is a DIY guy. He’s happy to paint his own house and figure out how to set up and use the latest tech gadget.x
SVP, Global Customer Success Solutions
Grant Clarke enables ServiceSource to deliver results in today’s outcome economy. He leads a global organization that includes the solution management, process and quality, customer experience, global learning and business intelligence groups. Through his leadership, this combined organization is uniquely positioned to develop and deliver solutions that ensure ServiceSource is focused on the customer journey for each client and their customers.
In his first 12 years at the company, Grant focused on client delivery, including leading the Customer Success and Inside Sales organizations for the Americas with large teams in Nashville, Denver and Manilla. Prior to ServiceSource, Grant held sales and management positions at Borland Software and TogetherSoft.
Grant holds a B.S. in Sports Management and Marketing from James Madison University. He is a lifelong fan of James Madison Dukes football, where he was a four-year letterman. He is involved with Junior Achievement of Middle Tennessee as an executive board member and volunteer, the historic Nashville City Club as board member, and the Food Allergy Research and Education as an advocate of food awareness and health.x
SVP, Technology & Services
Ricardo Craft leads the global technology organization including product management, engineering, IT, as well as professional and data services for ServiceSource. Ricardo oversees PRISM, the SaaS-enabled technology platform that combines proprietary development with best-in-class technologies to support clients’ revenue growth. His data services team helps manage a collective $9 billion in client revenue. During his tenure, Ricardo has held several other roles, including client marketing, solutions, product and solution management, and professional and data services.
With over two decades of solution marketing, product marketing, product/project management and business development experience, Ricardo has worked in several consulting services and technology environments. Prior to ServiceSource, he was in strategic roles at industry-leading organizations including Pinnacle Rock Associates, Avaya, Accenture and Novell.
Ricardo holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a B.B.A. in Economics and Management from Baylor University.
Ricardo grew up in Venezuela, Mexico, Panama, and Colombia and has lived in several large cities across the US. Now you may find him either kite surfing or open-water swimming around the San Francisco Bay area.x
SVP of Finance
Mike Lemberg leads the global FP&A team for ServiceSource, including budgeting, investor relations, pricing, sales compensation and planning. During his tenure, he has led the implementation of a planning and reporting system and analytics foundation that poised the company for growth, worked with sales and delivery teams to launch new solutions and helped restructure the costs of the Company.
Prior to ServiceSource, Mike held CFO and executive-level positions at Calstar Products, EcoSMART Technologies, Unica (now IBM) and Arbinet (now Primus Telecommunications). He started his post-MBA career at Booz Allen and Hamilton.
Mike holds an MBA from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania. He has served on several boards, including those of Kol Shofar in California and Camp Twin Lakes in Georgia.
Mike is a proud husband and father to two daughters. Aside from his family, he is passionate about music, mountain biking, running, and travel.x
Chief Accounting Officer
As the CAO of ServiceSource, Tony Hughes oversees the corporate accounting team, which handles all matters regarding consolidated financial reporting as well as regulatory compliance, payroll, treasury, tax, and the external auditor relationship. With a keen focus on driving business efficiencies to benefit key stakeholders, Tony carries out ServiceSource’s overall financial strategy alongside the CFO.
Tony has nearly three decades of IPO, M&A due diligence, debt financing, accounting, auditing and management experience at publicly traded and private equity-backed companies ranging from $250 million to $9 billion in revenue. Prior to ServiceSource, he held executive roles at CRC Health Group, Blackhawk Network, a wholly owned subsidiary of Safeway, LECG and Calpine. Previously, Tony also held roles with Ernst & Young and Bank of America.
Tony holds an M.S. and B.A. in Accounting from the University of North Texas. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Internal Auditor.
With seven children, Tony and his wife of 25 years are often found cheering on their young athletes at a soccer or basketball game. He loves travelling and spending time in Lake Tahoe on the water or the ski slopes.x
